‍Currently undergoing a £1.2million refurbishment, the nine-storey, 80,000 sq ft building will be transformed with a new extended reception area, a first-floor business lounge with breakout and collaborative working spaces, and more.

The visual impact of the refurbishment will be obvious to passers-by as an improved, clearer access route on the approach to the building will lead visitors to an extended double height glazed reception area.

Inside will be improved facilities including secure bicycle parking, showers and lockers, electric vehicle charging points and more energy-efficient lighting.

The available business space will be refurbished and offer a range of suite sizes from 600 sq ft up to 12,000 sq ft.
