We are delighted to have completed refurbishment of the 5th floor at 2 Charlotte Place, our landmark office building in the heart of Southampton.
The floor had been empty for most of the building’s life, but since our extensive refurbishment has become home to two high quality tenants – Utmost Wealth Management and the solicitors firm Hugh James.
Now just one suite remains available to let on the 5th floor. The 2,500 sq ft space is fully fitted out to Cat A+ specification and is available for immediate occupation.
It includes 24 desks, with space for more if required, dedicated internet service, a boardroom and meeting room, reception area, fully fitted kitchenette and the allocation of three car parking spaces.
2 Charlotte Place benefits from a superb location close to Southampton Central railway station, with close access to green open parks, gyms, hotels, coffee bars and restaurants.
The refurbishment by Kingsbridge Estates has transformed 2 Charlotte Place to include an improved access route, new double height glazed reception area, breakout and collaborative spaces inside the building and new cladding outside.
Improved sustainability measures inside the nine-storey, 80,000 sq ft building include secure bicycle parking, showers and lockers, electric vehicle charging points and more energy-efficient lighting.
