Kingsbridge Estates is pleased to welcome experienced project management specialist Tom Newman to the growing Kingsbridge Estates team.

Tom, who joins in the role of Development Manager, has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential property and expertise in managing large development projects.

He joins Kingsbridge Estates from Spider Projects, where he led on a diverse blend of residential, regeneration, hospitality and industrial schemes.

In previous roles Tom has led on large multi-disciplinary schemes, and project managed a major build and extension project for a leading hotel company as it significantly expanded its portfolio through new build and extension schemes. He holds a MSc in Project Management for Construction and is a Member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM).

Tom will work closely with Development Director Jeremy Sharland and the rest of the team at Kingsbridge Estates to help deliver its portfolio of commercial developments across the south.
