We are pleased to have completed the acquisition of a key site in Hook, Hampshire, adding to our portfolio of projects across the south.

The 2.6-acre site, formerly known as Europa House, was purchased from receivers to be developed for alternative use. It is currently unoccupied, and the Kingsbridge team will now work with local stakeholders and authorities with a view to bringing it back into employment use.

Subject to planning approvals, we intend to bring forward a scheme that meets employer demand for best-in-class workspaces and contributes to the prosperity of the locality and the wider region.
