Double win for Kingsbridge team at the South Coast Property Awards

The team at Kingsbridge are proud to have won in two categories at the 2023 South Coast Property Awards, recognising our status as a leading developer and landlord of choice in the south.

We went home with the trophy for Commercial Development of the Year for our project at 32 New Lane, Havant, delivered in partnership with Bridges Fund Management.

This highly sustainable last-mile logistics scheme retained employment use at a key site in the borough and was pre-let to a global internet retail and logistics business, creating hundreds of local jobs. We were also pleased to be finalists in the Deal of the Year category for the funding of this project.

Meanwhile we are honoured to have been recognised as the landlord of choice in the south with the Landlord of the Year award.

Our entry highlighted our proactive management approach and forward-thinking attitude to meeting demand – for example by offering ‘plug and play’ fit-out arrangements that help spread capital cost for tenants – together with our engagement in the communities in which we work.
