We’re excited to unveil this new video footage of Concorde Park, our brand new commercial development at Segensworth, Fareham.

The film features an aerial view of the site and fly-through footage of the high-quality industrial units on offer at this 91,000 sq ft site, close to Junction 9 of the M27.

We’re pleased to report very high levels of interest in this development, with three units already let and negotiations underway with more potential occupiers.

Concorde Park was developed speculatively by Kingsbridge Estates to provide much-needed quality industrial space in the Central South.

It comprises 10 units ranging from 3,000 sq ft to 40,000 sq ft, all built to BREEAM “Very Good standard” and including loading facilities, high-quality first floor office space and a minimum eaves height of 8.4m.

Occupiers already welcomed to the site include the tools and equipment company Key Blades and Fixings, which has signed a five-year lease on the 4,445 sq ft Unit 4, and the car wrapping business Amigo Wraps which has signed a 10-year lease on the 3,000 sq ft Unit 2.
