Kingsbridge Estates’ CEO Chris Fry recently attended the January 2020 South Coast Development Conference in Brighton, hosted by Built Environment Networking. It was a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of the discussion around the future development of cities and towns across the South Coast. The event strongly focused on driving investment, development and regeneration across the region.
During the event Chris Fry made a presentation to the delegates, showcasing Kingsbridge Estates' recent development projects in the south, including Concorde Park, Segensworth, which is providing a new business space in the heart of the M27 corridor; and Spring Business Park, Havant where we are responding to demand for freehold units. He also highlighted the investment at Charlotte Place in Southampton where Kingsbridge are introducing amenity, creating a community and energising the space. Chris also welcomed future investment opportunities for Kingsbridge Estates.
He was in good company; the event attracted excellent speakers and was attended by the region’s key stakeholders and biggest property firms, including: Highways England, Brighton & Hove City Council, Portsmouth City Council, BCP Council, Southampton City Council, Gatwick Airport, Savills, Gleeds, AECOM, Atkins and HNW Architects.
